Wordpress Theme Defaults to Kubrick
I love the simplicity of the Kubrick theme, but when my site started automatically reverting to the default theme every once in awhile for no apparent reason (especially after referring a bunch of people to my website), I started to hate it with a passion.
Something was obviously going wrong, but I still haven't figured out what it is. Neither have anyone else going by what Google says. My only option was a quick and dirty fix, swapping the files of the default theme with my own files, so that if WP reverts back to default, it'll still be the same theme.

I bet I know what this is... is it happening when you are editing the site? If wordpress detects that a page is missing from the selected template it will revert back to the default. This can happen if someone tries to access the site while you are uploading a file via ftp. Bugged me for a while as well!
ps/ taking nofollow off links will encourage more comments
Thank's for the response Carey. I know it can happen when uploading files, which is why I will always check the site after I'm done editing. However, this just happens out of the blue at random times, when I'm off my PC at that. I was wondering if it was some feed-reader or other bot trying to access something that wasn't there. I haven't been able to pinpoint it out yet. I've considered removing no-follow as well, but decided against it since that would attract all sorts of disguised spam. I can't stand it when I see people comment on blogs with names like 'Buy Drugs Online'.
PS> How did you get here?
