Wording Titles and Headings
Jakob Nielsen makes a good point about wording titles and summaries, which is as good for usability as it is for SEO.
Users generally use the first 2 words of a paragraph when scanning. So imagine your meta description in the SERPS. You have 2 words to make an impact, and if those 2 words are the same as those in the title, it's been wasted.
