TrustSG Seal Invalid

I was going around the internets this evening when I came across a certain website. They had a TrustSG seal on their site, but to their utter embarrassment, it said "TrustSG Seal Invalid". After a few minutes though, the seal appeared again. Was this a glitch in the TrustSG system? If it was, it's clearly very unprofessional and degrading to the merchant. Or....maybe it was a manipulation on the part of the merchant? Whatever it was, i was interesting to see that.
