Robot Suitcase will Follow You

Tired of pulling large suitcases behind you while traveling? Russian robotics company Robotronic has created Tony, a robo-suitcase that uses a combinations of a gyroscope, ultra-sound, and infra-red sensors to move around a complex environment following a sensor card in the owner's pocket. The company is currently trying to determine if there is a market for a $2000 robo-suitcase. As for me, I'd rather pull my old suitcase around. Apart from the jet-setter market though, I see this technology as being more useful in for military or health-care purposes.
