Jimmy Wales on Wikipedia

This is an interesting talk by Jimmy Wales, the founder of Wikipedia. It gives a lot of insight into how Web 2.0 sites work, talking about things like managing anonymous user edits, online democracy, neutrality, and a lot of other practical stuff. If you're thinking of starting a social collaboration site, or simply a fan of Wikipedia (like I am), this is a good talk to watch.
